#RIPOFF ...We were in Reno for a few days this past week...On Wednesday evening 5/7/14 we went Downtown. We ate at the Pearl Oyster Bar...Food was fine ...Total bill was $45.73...We paid our bill with a $50.00 Visa Gift Card and added $3.00 cash which means we left a 16% tip of $7.27. Before we got up our waiter Carlos came over and said he could only get $41.00 approved on the Gift Card.
