We had a spa room on the 14th floor at the end of the hall away from the elevator and ice machine. Don't be fooled! It is just as noisy at the end of the hall! We heard spas going on all night. Heard what sounded like wall knocking noises all night which might be the toilets flushing. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Just don't expect to get much sleep here! Our corner window view was the parking lot. Expect better for $180 a night! Don't think we will stay here again.
Spent a few nights here this past week and not real happy with service! First morning we got up, and anxious to have a cup of coffee, well coffee pot wouldn't work. I called front desk, and to my surprise I was asked, "did you try pushing this button or that button"? I'm NOT an electrician, how would I know how to fix this, and why would you expect a guest to fix it in the first place??? They put us in a room next to the elevators and all we could hear were the elevators going up and down all night long! At 2:30am we'd had enough and complained to which we were told the hotel is 100% booked. We packed up and came home. Sad stay! On a positive note Pearl the restaurant is good.

I booked a king deluxe room and upon check in they were apparently sold out. Told me they would upgrade me!!! What a joke!!! Entered into the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in! Opened the curtains and the rod fell off, toilet was clogged and had to call maintenance at 1 am. Go to iron my clothes in the morning and there is no iron or ironing board in the room!!! Then can't get served at one of their restaurant's but everyone seated and ordering after us can! Thanks for the upgrade!!!
