Thought the service people were very nice. Still not sure why the service advisors don't meet you outside. When I scheduled the appointment, the website says ALWAYS a free wash. I don't think they have ever washed my car, and they certainly didn't do it this time. Maybe you need to take that info off of your website?

7th time we have had our new atlas serviced. Sensors have gone out, fuel system had to flushed, transmission leaks and it is less than 1yr old and under 13k miles. Sisbarro does not want to take ownership of the issues or help to buy back the lemon they sold us.
Dealership not helpful. Had to drive additional 40 miles to different dealership for assistance.
