The mechanic at the shop did not perform any scan and charged me $97 unnecessarily. They did not even look into the issue I mentioned and kept me waiting for 3 hours, even though I had an appointment. When I asked for a thorough report, they said they do not give any physical copy of it. Then why did I pay $97 if you can not even provide a copy of the report? When I raised these issues, the shop manager started yelling. I never expected such behavior.

Sisbarro is not the best deal as they advertise. I do not recommend them.

On June 10th I dropped my car off for a satellite antenna repair at 8:30am; it was not ready for pickup until 4:30pm. My initial estimate was lower than what insurance stated ($1364 vs $1765) and I double checked with the service attendant if this was correct. He then told me he forgot to adjust the dealer rate and charged me $1585, a third separate total. My agent then informed me I was overcharged by about $240 and it is unclear if I'm getting a refund. From a sales perspective, Kevin is fantastic and I highly recommend buying from him if you're in the market. However from the service side it has not been ideal - they do things at their own pace and if the estimate is 2-3 hours, it could take over a day. Do not expect to get your car fixed within one visit or for them to communicate in a timely way.

The service department is very nonchalant about things. Communication is awful nor do they lift a finger to try to help and make a great customer experience. I've gotten flat tires getting my car back, and damage. People nowadays just don't care anymore. Find another service department for your VW.
