I was in a time sensitive situation and needed a static IP ASAP because Charter had failed to provide what I needed. I was able to talk to Tom from Sky Fiber and he sent a tech over within the hour! TOM IS AMAZING, HELPFUL & DID I MENTION AMAZING?!?!?!?! Thank you Tom and sky fiber
