I would like your company a 0 zero. There involves are wrong. Fixed several time on there speed. I pay for 35 down load. And 10 up. Same prices. And it keeps dropping to 10 by 5 2 months fixing over and over and over again. Lately every 2 to 3 days. When it works it’s good. But 2/3 of the time it’s not working Bill. 🤯

I am trying to find out how to get my money back from Luis Lopez general director of sky fiber Internet Costa Rica I live there , he has my 434.00 in his bank acct that he said he would refund to me because he did not install the service at my house , it has been over a month now , and my money was supposed to be put in my bank acct , yesterday but they still didn't do it , I was told by Patricia the money would be deposited yesterday ,

Jackie, I just came across this review, and I am afraid you are directing this to the wrong company. There is a SkyFiber Internet in Costa Rica that essentially stole our logo, site etc for their use. But I am afraid this is not us.. We don't even serve Costa Rica. Truly sorry for your issue
