Your techs were great and listened because there was some confusion as to the set up
We have traditionally had AT&T in our neighborhood. They suck ass and I hate them but they were our only choice until you guys came along (bow) (hands up) (praise) thank you! If you put a flyer on everyone's door in this neighborhood they will switch. AT&T offers 4-6mbps which we didn't get for a year and they don't care to update their cards to make slots for more users so people in the neighborhood are on a list to get service. It’s fine when it actually works. This last year especially we’ve had outages with no one to reach out to at Sky Fiber (seems to happen always during the weekend) and they don’t have a social or website that keeps it’s customers updated when things happen or when they’ll be fixed. When you call it just rotates the same dialogue. So just beware, because this is like the 5th time it’s happened this year with it being out longer than a day. at first the internet was fine but after a month its getting worst. Unstable internet connection and I cant even watch youtube without buffering.
Well this is a rereview. I was having trouble with service for quite a while. BUT the gentleman in support DID finally fix it. It was not just a flip the switch but a problem with capacity from another company. Sky fiber got it done. So please disregard my previous less than satisfactory review
