What a great gem to have in Downtown Hutch. It was honestly a one stop shop for all our furniture needs when we upgraded this weekend! New couch, loveseat, rocker recliner, mattress and entertainment center all in one swoop!
I cannot rave enough about the great customer service! They are a non-commissioned sales staff that honestly just wants to find you something you enjoy and within any price budget. My husband is a tall man and they helped us find the perfect set of reclining furniture that would accommodate him.
With so many things being on an extensive waiting list these days, I was so surprised to see such a huge variety of in-stock furniture. On top of that, they had a super friendly delivery team that even carried my old furniture to the garage for us.
Previously I have purchased a very large wall painting, with gold glitter of course! And two office chairs from their sister store across the street, Furniture and Mattress Clearance Center. I will definitely be back for more decor items to fill my house!

I went in today with little hope I would be able to find what I was looking for locally, knowing I was particular, but also because I had just left another local furniture shop who spent less than a few minutes talking with me and told me they would not be able to get what I wanted and even if it was possible it would be at least a year out. I didn't get the name of the lady that helped me, but her and Nate were AMAZING. They spent a fair amount of time showing me options and her outside of the box thinking found exactly what I was looking for. It will be here in a month as a special order. My furniture was affordable and comes with free delivery and removal of my old furniture. They truly went above and beyond and I am so glad I decided to try one more local store before going to Wichita or ordering online. Their customer service far exceeded my expectations and it was an excellent experience!

Awesome local furniture! We had a great experience getting a new couch and recliner. The sales staff helped us find exactly what we wanted within our price range. Free delivery and they hauled off our old furniture for us. This was our first time buying brand new living room furniture and it was great.

Great Customer service! I had a sofa delivered and had a couple of issues. They contacted me immediately and were proactive in getting the issue resolved. I have purchased a lot of furniture here and am always pleased with the product and their service.

I am continuously amazed every time I walk through The Sleep Shoppe's doors! From purchase to delivery, the process always exceeds my expectations! All staff are friendly, not pushy, just good family oriented people that makes my shopping experiences beyond satisfying! Even when I'm simply wanting to look at options without purchasing, they are knowledgeable about all furnishings, they will give advice, if you ask, and seek all options. When purchasing, all transactions have always gone smoothly without errors or hiccups. I've purchased several items in the past and recently a beautiful Ashley Olsberg Steel Sofa and an ART Troy Gray Rug. The sofa has pocket coiled cushions and sturdy structure. It is quite devine to sit or lay on!
I want to give accolades to Nathan and Lexi, floor sales associates, for their guidance, friendliness, and patience. Also, the water.. lol! A big thank you and accolades to the delivery guys, Nick and Kaleb, who carefully brought in my sofa, patiently moved my furniture to accommodate my sofa and went that extra mile to move my furniture back in place. And thank you for removing my other sofa and following my requests! I do not have enough words or space here to extend my gratitude and gratefulness to these hard working guys here. It was a very hot and humid day and these guys were sweating but still delivering with smiles, laughter and spreading their joys!! Thank you Nick and Kaleb.. kudos!!

We love the Sleep Shoppe! Our whole family enjoys our newest finds ☺️ The staff is friendly and helpful and we always find the perfect pieces we need to complete our rooms. The customer service is always top notch! 5 stars to Nate, Debra, and Brandon!

The pandemic has caused delays in the factories. We were told when we bought our sectional it could be up to a month. I called at three weeks just to see if there was an update. They said that half of my sectional had been recieved. He did some digging for me and found out that the other half was delayed because the factory is very behind so it will be another month. I really appreciated that they were honest with me and they were very apologetic. They offered several solutions and even offered to loan me a couch in case I was having to sit on the floor. I will definitly be purchasing from them again!
