A very friendly and knowledgeable dentist. He saw me right away for a dental emergency. I appreciated that as he made himself available. He is very honest as to what needs to be worked on and in what order of priority. He does not come across as a dentist who is making up work to squeeze in another dollar. I highly recommend him.
Best dentist I have seen in the last 10 years! I have seen multiple dentists and never found one that I really cared for until Dr. Hansford. I was able to get in right away for a dental issue. His staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Dr. Hansford made me feel comfortable and happy to be at the dentist. It also helps he has a great sense of humour! Every prior dentist I went to seemed to lecture me or want to take out teeth, charge me for extra things not Dr. Hansford. Highly recommend him.
Over the last almost 50 years I've switched from at least 4 other Kamloops' dentists (for one reason or another), and I have to say that I've finally found "a keeper" and have been returning regularly for the last 7 or 8 years. Dr. Hansford immediately sets you at ease with the superb staff he's surrounded himself with, and is himself, very easy going, fun, and professional. We love our dentist, Dr Hansford and the entire team at Hansford Dentistry. Everyone is always so kind, personal, helpful, and professional.
