Over the last 4 years, Dr. Hansford and his team have been very helpful and flexible re: the dental repairs I need/my budget and my busy schedule. Last minute emergencies have never been a problem. When Dr. Hansford feels there is a specialist needed (ie. young children with complex issues) he knows who to contact, and does not hesitate to provide an introduction.
I've had very little dental work done in my life and most of it was not the best experience, so fear was always there in the back of my mind. When I met Dr.Hansford and a plan was developed to deal with 8 fillings, a crown and a wisdom tooth to be pulled I felt as ease. I was given options based on how I felt and my health, and that was refreshing to hear. I’ve been a patient of Dr Hansford for just over five years (since returning to Kamloops). During that time I’ve had a lot of restorative work done and I am completely satisfied with all work completed - a person who I hadn’t seen in over 20 years told me that they recognized my smile! Every time I visit this clinic, I am impressed. Every person on staff is warm and friendly, and they really take the time to listen. Each person has always answered my questions fully and go above and beyond to offer advice and suggestions when necessary. Their knowledge of their field is quite evident and I have no reservations about recommending Michael and his professional staff to everyone.
The last thing I really want to do is visit the dentist,and I have had some below average repair work to the choppers! I have to say that my visit to Hansford Smile was above average in a good way! The office staff are extremely friendly and attractive to boot! Dr Hansford was great, he didn't have me waiting at all, and answered all my questions in detail. I recommend this dentist and look for forward to my next appointment!

2 Thumbs Up to the Hansford Smile Team! This group is fantastic, personable, well trained and highly qualified. When you have issues, like I do, severe gag reflexes, these people know how to comfort you and deal with your problems. I am in the process of getting implants, all-on-4 and each stage is going extremely well. It is very unlikely that you will find a more personable, better trained or more highly qualified than Dr. Hansford and his great team.
