This location was amazing! I received great, and fast service. Parker and Paola helped me with my consultation and they were lovely personalities and very educated on their job. I left with more information than I came in. The staff in general was super friendly and helpful!
Everyone here was so sweet. I was anxious about the process at first but felt immediately comfortable as soon as I came in. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had my fitting done with Rainy and she was amazing! She was incredibly thorough and made sure I understand every step and aspect of the plan completely. Rainy was amazing!!!❤️❤️ I was so nervous about the whole process and she made sure I was comfortable and was super sweet! She genuinely seem to love what she does and was great at explaining the whole process. Very knowledgeable and professional! I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this location. Stephanie was also great at making sure Rainy had met all my expectations (which she went above and beyond)!!! Can’t wait to start my process ❤️❤️
Such a positive experience - I worked with Rainy and she was incredibly helpful. She explained everything in a straightforward, easy to understand manner and honestly made the process fun! Totally positive experience!! Cas really took the time to listen to my story of having braces for 4 years and validated my feelings and frustrations with the outcome. They made me feel very comfortable and we laughed through the whole appointment! Of course all the other staff I had interactions with were extremely pleasant as well! Top notch customer service and extremely informative!
