This location was amazing! I received great, and fast service. Parker and Paola helped me with my consultation and they were lovely personalities and very educated on their job. I left with more information than I came in. The staff in general was super friendly and helpful!
MUST READ!!!!!!!!!! I started my smile direct journey a year ago and I have been nothing but disappointed. The COMPANY is horrible. It took 2 month for me to get my kit, and then at the end of it, I wasn't satisfied with my smile. That's fine. I went back to get my free adjustment. IT TOOK ANOTHER 2 MONTHS and when calling support they said "there was a duplicate order made for my smile". How TF does that even happen. Everyone here was so sweet. I was anxious about the process at first but felt immediately comfortable as soon as I came in. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I had my fitting done with Rainy and she was amazing! She was incredibly thorough and made sure I understand every step and aspect of the plan completely. Was initially impressed with the promise of the smile direct club. I was supposed to be in treatment for 18 months have now been in treatment for over 3 years, have been wearing the aligners as prescribed, and have had to have several sets sent to me as treatment has taken way longer than expected. This last set sent I let the team know I had fit concerns & they denied my request. I let them know once again I was unhappy with the fit & was denied AGAIN. Rainy was amazing!!!❤️❤️ I was so nervous about the whole process and she made sure I was comfortable and was super sweet! She genuinely seem to love what she does and was great at explaining the whole process. Very knowledgeable and professional! I would definitely recommend anyone to go to this location. Stephanie was also great at making sure Rainy had met all my expectations (which she went above and beyond)!!! Can’t wait to start my process ❤️❤️
