This location was amazing! I received great, and fast service. Parker and Paola helped me with my consultation and they were lovely personalities and very educated on their job. I left with more information than I came in. The staff in general was super friendly and helpful!
MUST READ!!!!!!!!!! I started my smile direct journey a year ago and I have been nothing but disappointed. The COMPANY is horrible. It took 2 month for me to get my kit, and then at the end of it, I wasn't satisfied with my smile. That's fine. I went back to get my free adjustment. Was initially impressed with the promise of the smile direct club. I was supposed to be in treatment for 18 months have now been in treatment for over 3 years, have been wearing the aligners as prescribed, and have had to have several sets sent to me as treatment has taken way longer than expected. First, the technicians that I have worked with for scans have always been amazing. My overall experience with Smile Direct has been horrible! I received my aligners and used them as prescribed. At the end of my treatment plan I wasn't happy with my smile it took 2 out 3 more scans, ill-fitting aligners and new aligners to get closer to my goal. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I started smile direct back on May and my plan was 4 months. My teeth are pretty jacked but they reassured me that I was a candidate. 2.5 months in my teeth made some visible movement but not what they made it seem in the 3D prints progress.
