Smile direct has had wonderful customer service from the very beginning. However, today was above and beyond. I had a dental procedure done that change the fit of my aligners. It was discouraging and frustrating. We drove to the office in Salt Lake City where we had my first appointment. We had the pleasure of meeting with Betty, again. Miguel was very informative and personable. He listened to my concerns and offered appropriate validation and feedback. Very refreshing and different experience than a company I went with before, Smile Love:( I love that I could be fitted for the liners with a scan and a live person, versus an annoying clay mold and a mailing process. Ren was super welcoming, friendly and caring. She was also very knowledgeable about the whole process. I had a really pleasant and easy experience with this company! Betty (Bethlehem) was the one that helped me and walked me through everything. She was really kind and helpful, and answered all the questions I had. I am currently waiting for my kit to come in the mail and so excited! These guys are a lot cheaper than braces, and the process was really simple and smooth!
My experience with Miguel was excellent! He was very detailed explaining every step of the process and setting up realistic expectations of my smile. Miguel was very professional and very educated describing how Smile Direct works and the following steps of the treatment. I would reccomend this option for everyone I know! I’m very excited to see my results within the next few months!
