No happy with my appointment at all. All was going ok until we got near the end and I was told I needed to make the choice right then and there. If I did not pay the $300 down and order the kit right then at my appointment, all my info is deleted and if I did decide to go through with it I would have to do the whole appointment over again. I went to my appointment assuming that it is a consultation to get all of my questions answers before i moved on with a $3000 decision. At first the appointment was going good even though I had to wait for over an hour to be seen. Your emails said 30 minutes and I was there for almost 2 hours. Smile direct has had wonderful customer service from the very beginning. However, today was above and beyond. I had a dental procedure done that change the fit of my aligners. It was discouraging and frustrating. We drove to the office in Salt Lake City where we had my first appointment. We had the pleasure of meeting with Betty, again.
