Jenn is awesome. She was easy to work with making the experience much more comfortable. She is also very informative. The scan was easy peasy. Non evasive and fast. I am highly recommending Smile Direct so far so good. Can't wait to get my aligners.
Roxy was amazing! She is so warm and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. We spoke about my smile and my reasons for wanting to join Smile Direct Club. The visit went quickly and was pretty easy and straightforward. Sam was great as well! She followed up the visit by going over everything and making sure all of my questions were answered. From the moment I walked in, Toni was SO friendly and welcoming! I felt like I had been coming to this play for years within minutes. Roxy, who performed my scans and informed me about smile direct club, was so knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to talk to. Overall, the experience was phenomenal. I really enjoyed my experience with smile direct club. Roxy attended me today and I am beyond HAPPY! I was early to my appointment and they were able to get me in before my appointment time. Today I took my son in and Toni was amazing! My son doesn't get out much, but she made him feel so comfortable. She took the time to let him relax as well as including me into conversation. I recommend them! Great experience!
