Smile direct is terrible. They charged me full price when it should have been a promotional amount. (I paid in full) They say they are trying to refund me the difference. But they lie lie lie. Almost 4 weeks later no resolution. No calls no nothing SMILE DIRECT IS TERRIBLE. run fast from them. They all lie and no one takes accountability and will help get this resolved. PSA!!!!! The Chandler office is nothing short of amazing! On a scale of 1- 10 I rate them off the scale! 100% care, compassion, patience and kindness! Katlin was my tech and her personality was exactly what I needed to encounter! I have childhood dentist trauma which automatically causes me to be a skeptic. KACIE was AWESOME! Stupendous customer service on her part and her supervisor. I’ve never had braces and just like anything new, anticipating the visit had me feeling anxious. As soon as I walked in I felt very welcomed. From start to finish, this experience was the best I’ve ever had in terms of going to the dentist’s office! :) I highly recommend to visit this location and ask for Kacie she was awesome! Fantastic experience! The crew is very professional and made it fun at the same time. Appointment is quick but complete in information and not rushed at all. The technology is Awesome! Being someone that had braces 15yrs ago (I should have worn my damn retainers!) this system is much less painful and you can’t even tell when you are wearing your aligners. Highly recommended and trust me you will not be disappointed! Great product, service, and experience!
My experience started out great. But what made me write the review is when you get to the end. They advertise in the beginning that you have a “smile guarantee” and can get touch up aligners for free over the years if you need one. This warrant only lasts if you buy the retainers for $99, after already spending 2k on plastic aligners, and you have to replace the retainer every six months. That is $200 a year for the rest of your life to maintain the warranty and they do not mention that in the beginning. Incredibly misleadin... read more
