I had an awesome experience at this location! Bridget was amazing and also recommended me to get the smile spa for my aligners and retainers! She was so fun to talk to and was so up front & real about the whole process from the cost, the scan, the time it’ll take to get my aligners, etc!! She was very professional, but also personal, and i felt like she was a friend of mine!!! Hands down, a fantastic experience. Answered all my questions and the appointment was fairly quick! Definitely recommend this shop (:
From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed very beautiful quiet setting very relaxing. I got a lot of information. Everything was broken down to me where I could understand exactly what I was going to look forward to. All of my questions were answered! The price is really great and they also have plans that you can choose from to make things a lot easier for you. I felt like they new me and understood my concerns and were very supportive as to why I choose to do this!! I can’t wait to see the ending results.
Had a really pleasant experience! This location is in such a nice building and has very nice decorations. My appointment was super easy and everyone was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me a 3D scan of my teeth so I can have progress photos! Maria was my SmileGuide and she was awesome. I'm so excited :)
Bridget Martin is amazing. I received an excellent introduction to everything step of the process. I never truly had anyone explain so throughly every detail of my journey to a new smile. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I appreciate it. I highly recommend this location.
Great experience from making the appointment all the way to parking validation with specific instructions. The location I visited in New Haven CT., is run like a well-oiled machine. Clean, professional, very thorough step by step procedure.I left with a goody bag filled with things I will need once my aligners come, including a whitening light and gel!
