My experience with the team at Smile Direct Club in Walnut Creek was nothing short of superb! It started with a reminder of my appointment at the time I had scheduled the day before- which included photos of exactly where I needed to go (it can be a bit confusing in that building!) then the woman who greeted me at the door was very courteous and kind. I had a great experience at Smile Direct Club. My appointment was with Andrea, who was awesome!! She made me feel very comfortable and answered all questions I had. She did a great job of explaining how the kit works. While doing the 3D scan she explained every step of the way! It was quick and really easy! Thanks again Andrea for making my experience really great!
I came in today for a 3D scan. I was asked to call to be let into the lobby as my appointment was after lobby hours. The staff was very friendly and professional, coming down immediately to let me in. The check in process was easy and quick, and afterwards I was led into my exam room for my scan. Nickole was amazing! They were very accommodating and made everything so easy. I originally ordered the home impression kit but it wasn’t for me. So I called and made an appointment, she got me in the very next morning! I also had to bring my 1 year old in with me, and they were very nice, patient and understanding. They got me out within 30 min and gave me a complimentary whitening kit! I’m very excited to finally get the smile that I have been wanting
I was so happy to finally make an appointment at your Walnut Creek Office. The staff was warm and friendly. Stephanie P. was the BEST so warm and engaging; she made me feel so glad I made the decision to come in. The technology was so exciting to watch and the treatment plan very straight forward. Do this for yourself with with a business that values YOU! Left with a smile on my face, an awesome whitening kit and excited that I was on the road to a new smile after years of procrastinating!!
