My experience at smile direct club was awesome! When I first came in I was greeted by this beautiful employee I believe her name was Lilyanne. She was so welcoming and sweet, she also kept me company while waiting for my appointment to start. Then this young man named Ahmad who guided me through my appointment, gave me the best experience. I left this appointment with no questions and not being unsure of ANYTHING. 10/10 work from these smiledirectclub employees. 🙂
Awesome experience. Went in for evaluation instead of ordering the kit. Was super fast and efficient. Scan your mouth with high end technology sign you up and boom. Good to go. Ghanem was great at answering all my questions and I even got a free whitening kit. Once recieved weeks later in the mail, my first set of trays fit perfect. I was truly impressed. 1000% better than getting braces as the cheaper route. This was way less painful and time consuming. Thank you Smile Direct!
Update: Canceled within the allowable time frame. Unfortunately not happy with the overall experience. It's not easy to get your money back either even when you've done everything as per their instructions. Waited 2-10 business days, called on day 11 since still no refund. They said that somehow it was requested yet not processed, so she escalated it and had it processed manually while I was on the phone. Now to wait another 2-10 business days. Katie was absolutely wonderful during my appointment! She was inquiring about myself and why I decided to choose smile direct club, as well as informing me of everything that would happen during the process! She was able to make me feel welcomed and excited to start this journey!
Didn't give me much needed attention for a whole aligners set that not a single one seated properly and they just pushed me off with their terribleinstructions. AssumingI wasn't putting them in right. I have had a realigner kit ordered and they went bankrupt and never sent it. I refuse to pay this and will fight it in court with my consumer rights. This service was completely unacceptable and nearly broke many of my teeth!
