This is the first time I can say I actually had FUN at a dental office. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable of their products. Gloria was absolutely AMAZING!!! She made me feel comfortable and helped guide me through the process every step of the way. I can tell the staff is very passionate about what they do and really care about giving you the smile you've always wanted. I was very impressed with the entire experience.
Madison was amazing! She didn’t just go right into scanning she actually took the time out to get to know me. It made me feel like she actually cares. While during my scan I had questions and she answered all with patience. The office was clean and the staff was super friendly. I will recommend smile direct club to family and friends.
OMG … this was the best dental appointment I’ve ever had … Della at the Town & Country location was so awesome, she made feel comfortable and confident about my new smile journey! She answered ALL my questions and concerns. I even left with goodies 😊

Alyssa was absolutely amazing, walked me through the process step by step, communicated well and had great energy. Her knowledge of Smile Direct Club was great to listen too, great sales person to be honest no pressure what so ever, listened and took care of my needs.
