The consultant was knowledgeable friendly and easy to work with! All in all good visit! My daughter used Smile direct and her teeth look great. I used it as well and I’m very happy with the results! Just continue to use retainers and I did hear stories about how this system isn’t right for people with gum disease and other mouth issues. Consult your dentist before signing up!
Crystal was a great dental tech, i was less scared than when i first got braces😅. I enjoyed my free appointment and even decided to start the regiment.😊 I enjoyed talking to you Crystal😁 On my 2nd pair.
Haley took great images of my teeth and was very informative. The whole staff were friendly and the whole process only took about 25 minutes. I will be purchasing my aligners soon.
I had a wonderful appointment with Jackie!! She was so informative and has an amazing personality! Thank you so much Jackie for making it a great first time experience at Smile Direct. It went so smoothly from the time I made the appointment until the day of. The customer service is also wonderful and prior to the appointment I was provided information in regards to how to check in and where to find the location. I cannot wait to get started once I receive my kit. Definitely recommending to family and friends!!!!!
I went in for a smile scan last week with Haley. She was very compassionate and informative! Made the experience very comfortable, easy, and made sure I got any questions and concerns answered before I left. The rooms were very clean as well and sanitized. Left with a bag which contained my teeth whitening kit, and some chapstick she offered as well. Strongly recommend for anyone wanting to get a smile scan, and am so excited to continue this process!
