Who in the world hired Courtney??? She should have been a surgeon. Like the best ones who asks questions, listens, recommends, very meticulous in paying attention to every detail.., a perfectionist, this lady is incredible! The staff and manager was amazing and welcoming. I am glad I decided to start my journey to a better smile with smile direct club. Shamarea and Maci were both really easy to talk to and they made me feel very comfortable. There was very little wait and the appointment was only about 45min. They explained the process really well and I’m so excited to get started. Here’s a pic they allowed me to take of the 3D picture of my teeth now. Can’t wait to compare the end results!!
I (Zuberi) had a very welcoming visits and was taken care of initially by two nice ladies I don’t remember they’re names but they know who they are. Once checked in I was taken to the back for processing. Everything went well and my “Smile Guide” had good energy and was very informative. I’d definitely recommend to others.
I am not the type of person who typically posts a review but my experience today was so wonderful that it is well worth making one. Yasmeen was extremely polite and knows her job quite well. She made the experience very comfortable and welcoming. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you for all of you help today and I can't wait to get start!
Cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience!! The booking was so easy. From the time I walked in, the manager Marcelo was SO welcoming and friendly. The rep I worked with was Courtney and I honestly was beyond impressed with her knowledge and experience. I trusted everything she said. She was very honest and answered all my questions! I feel like I left with a couple new friends 🙂. I am so excited about my upcoming treatment!
