Sebastian helped me get started today and it was amazing. He explained everything very clearly and did the 3D scan of my teeth (which is more accurate). I'm really excited to get started. The service is a scam. My 10 month treatment plan has turned into 36 months and my teeth look terrible. The customer service is slow to respond and has been making empty promises. I wish I hadn’t cheaped out and had just gone through an orthodontist. Buy with caution. I’m out $2,500 and my teeth look just as bad as when I started. See my photo for proof.

They literally just filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Probably why when I paid to have my aligners done they literally quit servicing me. I finished my first set and was unhappy with the results. I contacted them and they said I should have come in for a second assessment. Well they don't tell you that part upfront. So I did go in and receive my second set of aligners.
