Today, I unboxed my aligners and that reminded me that I haven’t made a review! The day that I went for the visit, probably almost a month ago, Kim welcomed me to the office! The staff at Smile Direct were FANTASTIC! I scheduled my appointment at noon and the staff amazing energy and warmth made my day! Shampavi was awesome and guided me through the initial process while explaining how the aligners work and the amazing 3D scan technology they have. After 2 weeks I got a 3D impression of my current smile and the new smile. Excellent customer service!
The experience I had was great. They explained everything extensively and helped clear any doubts I had. Sara was the one who did my scan and she was very helpful and also nice to talk too. I would recommend this service to anyone wanting braces. Their process is so much better than traditional orthodontics.
