This place went ABOVE and BEYOND! What a friendly environment! They greeted me immediately, offered me a water, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Amber was my SmileGuide today and she was SUPER friendly and helpful! I had such a wonderful experience! Erika helped me and did a fantastic job! She was very thorough, professional and made sure all of my dental needs/questions were met. I’ve had braces multiple times and all of my experiences were incredibly painful and quite traumatic, during my consultation at smile direct club I was helped by a woman named Amber. Amber was the absolute most kind woman i’ve ever spoken in any orthodontic facility, she made sure all my questions were answered and made sure I was comfortable with each step of the process. I’m very excited to go on my new smile journey and i would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a cheaper, less invasive alternative to braces!
