I am very happy with Smile Direct Club, I was finally able to bring my daughter in, she has wanted these for a while. The office is conveniently located and most importantly the STAFF is phenomenal. We were late to our appointment and Jose was accommodating and polite and he was even able to get me a discount because of our insurance! That was shocking to me, I was not even aware they took insurance! He got us all set up and my daughter is so excited and is looking forward to starting when her box comes.
This office is terrific. It is a little hard to find, it’s in a shared space with other offices and some hair salons, there aren’t many signs that say Smile Direct. I called and Jose answered the phone and helped me find him. When I got to the office he had at least 4 people waiting. They only had 2 people working at the office. Jose, the manager was so apologetic and was working as fast as he could with the resources he had. I had a great initial experience at Smile Direct Club. Despite some technical difficulties, staff handled everything so well. Rico had great customer service skills. I discovered smile direct from an ad. I decided I wanted to change my smile so I made an appointment at this location. It is a very nice and clean place. Super organized! I got checked in and seen once I showed up, which was 15 minutes before my appointment! The smile direct associate, Tom, and his student, Madison, we’re working very patiently with me to get every detail about my smile. This place is great. My daughter made the appointment and initially.. I was skeptical, It sounded too good to be true...( the marketing on they're website was very broad- no real answers) We got to the space and found it thanks to Jose, we called and he gave us directions, he met us us at the lobby and took care of us throughout our entire appointment.
