I am very happy with Smile Direct Club, I was finally able to bring my daughter in, she has wanted these for a while. The office is conveniently located and most importantly the STAFF is phenomenal. We were late to our appointment and Jose was accommodating and polite and he was even able to get me a discount because of our insurance! That was shocking to me, I was not even aware they took insurance! He got us all set up and my daughter is so excited and is looking forward to starting when her box comes.

I've been looking into clear aligners for a while now and after some researched landed on smile direct because they are well known with a good reputation. All the reviews I read highlighted how costumer focused they are. I saw how true that was first hand during my 3D scan appointment today. My smile guide, Tiffany was great. This office is terrific. It is a little hard to find, it’s in a shared space with other offices and some hair salons, there aren’t many signs that say Smile Direct. I called and Jose answered the phone and helped me find him. When I got to the office he had at least 4 people waiting. They only had 2 people working at the office. Jose, the manager was so apologetic and was working as fast as he could with the resources he had. I had an amazing experience here. I booked an appointment the night before and was in the next morning. I received a text message an hour and a half before my appointment with a picture of the front of the building (which was super helpful since it was in a complex). Got here no problem, parked and went upstairs. Lakisha took me back as soon as I came in and she was amazing! Excellent staff I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Also was asked to check in and have a seat. Lakisha was awesome she has a great personality and an exceptional customer service. She answered all my questions and concerns. It was a great visit and awesome experience!! Looking forward to spread the rumor of how great Smile Direct Club is with the clients!!
