I waited 4 weeks for my aligners, finally called to check on the status and was told I was denied. No communication from the company letting me know and was never issued a refund for my 250 deposit. I still do not feel confident I’ll receive the refund after speaking to the representative. They definitely should have let me know the status.
I love the way my teeth are coming together with my aligners. Jacqueline was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the benefits for having the aligners. Im Almost done and I can't wait to show off my new Smile 😁 Thank you Smile Direct Club !!!!!
I’ve been using SDC for a year and a half, great company with great products. I have to travel 40 minutes north to come to this location and at this point have made 3-4 trips. Every time here has been pleasant but this last appointment was the best. Jacqueline was the SDC representative who helped me and she was fantastic! The beautiful lady at the front desk. Very nice and welcoming, and even recommended some food spots for me to try lol. She also had amazing customer service. Also the beautiful kind hearted expert. She help me see my teeth in a whole new light and explain everything very well and was also really funny, it was my first time at the company and they made it an amazing experience. Paid like 1200$ for these to straighten my grill. They weren’t working. I contacted customer service and talked with them and told them I can only wear them 10 hours a day but they said it was fine and just keep wearing them. I get towards the end of my treatment and they still weren’t working. I called several times and kept getting a robot answering service which is like talking to a wall.
