I had an amazing appointment yesterday (Monday, July 9). The atmosphere is super welcoming and the people make sure you are comfortable. I had Amanda and she is so sweet and very easy to talk to, I felt comfortable asking her questions and sharing many stories about my life that wasn't related to my smile. She is understanding and very patient. Most appointments I go to I try to get it over with as fast as I can so I can leave, but I didn't want to leave this one.
I had an amazing experience! It was better than I expected it to be. Ciara was my smile guide and she was so nice and made me feel very comfortable.She answered all my questions and eased all my concerns because of the accident with my teeth that I had. The other staff that I spoke with were very nice and sweet people too! They made me feel so confident and excited about my smile journey. Thank you all for everything from the bottom of my heart (Wild Eggs was a perfect breakfast suggestion😉)
The entire experience was made as painless as possible for me from beginning to end. The location is a little tucked away to the point that alone I would have never found it but a few days before my appointment I received detailed instructions in my email with photos describing where they were located and inside of what building they could be found. I had a great experience with Jennie. She was very professional but also laid back and down to earth. She was very easy to talk to and great with conversation! Also learned a few cool places to check out in MD and DC 😊 but overall I loved her and highly recommend her! She definitely made my experience worth while!
I went to my local Smile Shop this morning (it was very easy to find!) here in Cincinnati OH and was thrilled with my experience! Very friendly and upbeat staff with some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I had great rapport with my smile guides Dom and Kari. They did a wonderful job explaining how the entire process works and what was involved. They built trust with me and my decision to move forward with Smile Direct.
