Only reason I am giving smile direct club a 4 is because miscommunication on corporate end but it would be a 5 if it was just for Chris at the Dallas - uptown plaza location. He was kind and patient with me, I had to bring my newborn with me and he was sure to accommodate and make us comfortable.
