Took the 1st Step of my "Journey" here at this location. Kenyatta made the process pleasant and enjoyable. She was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all the questions that I had. I had an absolutely amazing experience here today. Crystal was my consultant for my appointment and made me feel so comfortable. She genuinely wanted to listen to my needs and helped me realize they could be met! I was way more calm and way more heard here not just by her but by the whole staff than I have ever been at any dentist office. I'm so excited to get my retainers in! The experience was very pleasant & fun! The office is nice & clean not to mention beautiful 🤩! Although I had to travel to Michigan from Toledo, Ohio it was well worth it! I loved being taken care of with such fast service. Mathias was an awesome help with explaining the whole process and he definitely kept me smiling (laughing) ! I highly recommend others to come to the Farmington Hills, MI location or just to the Smile Direct Club in general; I promise you won’t be disappointed!
