Had a great experience! The staff is really nice and polite, very helpful and you don’t get the impression that they want to sell you stuff, feels really nice to be treated with care and the intention to help. Can’t wait for the result!
I think this place had really false business practices. I thought I was going in for an informational session, to tell me the pros and cons (they said no commitment when I signed up), but then they just assumed I was going to get them. She asked me if I was excited, not 'what are your questions.' I was so perturbed by the sales technique, I wanted to leave, and they made me get permission from the manager. Everyone was so nice & professional. I felt so welcomed. I no longer hate going to the dentist & I now have a whitening kit that connects to IPhones & androids. They made me want to be seen by a dentist all the time now.
Previously gave 4 stars for this “Cosmo was quite friendly and helpful and the visit was an overall pleasant experience but my appointment started a bit late. Not sure if I think this treatment is for me but the 1st visit was not bad.” Since my visit I have tried contacting this company by every possible method and not one of them has gotten a response. My appointment was nothing like what I expected- but in a delightful way! The set up in the SmileShop is super cool and very efficient. It’s very modern and clearly designed for safe interactions during the pandemic. Erika stepped me through the process and did my 3D model of my teeth (so cool watching her do that!) We had a whole lot of fun and laughter and I’m very excited to get my kit and get started! Definitely not the normal trip to the dentist I was expecting!
