Experience was good overall. For the scanning I thought it would have been a dentist that would be scanning and discussing more about the aligners but it was a sales representative instead. They did a great job with explaining the pros of the aligner. My sales rep was friendly and very receptive to any questions I had. Just ensure that you do your research before had and have a pretty good idea as to whether or not you are planning to go with Smile Direct because they'll want to sign you up for it before you leave.
The ladies who helped me were so nice and helpful! Danielle was very thorough and understanding throughout the process. I wasn’t able to asked the other lady’s name but she was very helpful as well.
I went in for a rescan for my aligners. The office was clean, and the staff are kind and friendly. They're also taking precautions and taking temperatures at the door. Definitely recommend this versus doing the impression kit - I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Loved the tote bag of goodies as well. ☺️

The place is spacious & clean. Laonna was so so kind, professional and super patient. I had so many questions and she explained everything thoroughly. Wish I had a reason to go back for another visit because she was just that nice! They validate parking so park in the garage (I didn’t know so I parked on the street) they ask for a credit card to keep on file in case you decide to go with them once your 3D scan is verified, which takes about 3 days after your visit. The 3D scan was painless and took about 30 min.
