Had a great experience here doing a scan for my aligners. The staff here is really nice. Alana and Luz specifically were very welcoming and got to know me on a personal level. Felt more like they were trying to help me out and not just sell a product to me. I'd recommend coming here to get your teeth scanned instead of ordering the kit because it's more accurate, and a better experience overall. And you can ask the staff any questions you may have. They would be glad to help.
My experience at Smile Direct was amazing Jasmine was so sweet and friendly and she made my experience very comfortable. Jasmine was helping me get used to the process. We planned a family vacation to Orlando, FL during the 4th of July weekend and thought it was a good idea to use the Smile Direct office there instead of traveling over 2 hours to the closest location from home. Our scheduled appointment was for 4pm. Traffic was light and we arrived 2.5 hours ahead of schedule. Appointment today! It was quick and easy. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I feel like it’s all about the money. Yes everything was explained to me however I felt like they expected for me to make an instant decision on what I wanted to do. Once I said I will need to wait until next week to start my treatment the lady quickly lost interest in me. I had an appointment and was seen by Jasmine. My visit was great, everything was explained perfectly, and Jasmine was very professional. During this pandemic its good to see people that appreciate and truly care about others and how they can change someone's life. I cant wait for this journey. Excited for after results. Would definitely recommend to others.
