My Smile Guide Aiesha was the best! Not only was my visit convenient but Aiesha was highly trained and informed me on everything I needed to know to get me started on #myjourney to a better smile! The location is in the heart of the city, and parking is validated, which I found out after paying a meter. Oh well, I guess I supported my city in some type of way lol 😂 I’m definitely telling my friends about Smile Direct and referring them to the same building!!!
Tatiyana was amazing! Had a great time chatting with her while she did my scans. Was super quick too! Nice location, validated parking and super detailed parking instructions/directions provided.
Attended my initial visit. Had interactions with 3 ladies working there...first Courtney, next Aisha, then Tatiana. All were welcoming, personable, & professional. They were attentive, knowledgeable, & answered all my questions. The facility was very clean and well-maintained. The whole process was a positive experience. I felt confident purchasing the system and I look forward to working with them again during the treatment.
I was so pleasantly surprised at how wonderful the whole experience was. Our Dental Assistant, Tatiana, was the sweetest and most professional Assistant I could have asked for. She was extremely thorough and patient… eager to answer any questions we had. I’m thoroughly impressed. Definitely not a questionable business. I’m excited to have my son start…. I’ll follow after. She sold me, too. Can’t wait
My experience at Smile Direct was awesome! Tatiana and Courtney were super professional, friendly, and answered all my questions in detail. They had such a good energy - we were laughing the entire time lol. The office is also clean and has a nice aesthetic. I highly recommend giving them a visit!
