Showed up on time (2 PM) and no one was there. Figured they could be using the bathroom or something so I hung out for a while. Left after 20 minutes past my appointment time. No one showed the whole time. They left their phone, two iPads, and a laptop on the desk unattended. Be glad I'm not a thief. Tried calling the number they gave me and it rang the phone on the desk. So far so good! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Much more affordable than traditional braces. We figured out that Groupon had a coupon after paying, but called customer service and they honored the discount. The 3D mouth imagery is high tech and very detailed. We can't wait to see the "after"!
Teanna answered all my questions and concerns. She made me feel so comfortable and gave me the confidence of having another opinion. I valued her feedback and she made it easy to understand the whole process then the payment plans. I would highly recommend seeing them in person rather than just ordering an at home kit. The machine they used to scan the model of my teeth was very quick and fascinating! I had an amazing experience, thank you for putting a smile on my face :)
This has been terrible the whole time. First- my initial plan was going well, but somewhere along the line the slingers were not fitting well and so I was requesting a touch up. In the mean time they kept telling me to order retainers- which I didn’t want because I needed a touch up. After many messages saying don’t order the retainers- they ordered them and charged me. Buyer beware. This is one of those companies I wish I could give negative stars to. (I bet their customer service is "concerned" to hear this.) My husband and I both tried Smile Direct after a friend had a pretty good experience. My husband's aligners just would not fit after about the fifth set. Smile Direct sent adjustments - which were worse than the first set. He just gave up. $2,000 down the drain. I was determined to make mine work.
