Today I went to the Smile Direct Club in Philly and I had a great appointment!! My Smile Guide, Erica, was awesome!! She was very knowledgeable and super friendly. She made me feel comfortable (and my mom felt comfortable too), she answered all of my questions (and my mom's too), and she didn't rush me. Great staff. Everyone greeted me and made me feel welcomed. I got there early and instead of making me wait they immediately started to assist me. When I got to the specialist that assisted which was Erica, the experience got that much better. Erica was very personable and communicated the entire process to me that made me feel relaxed. I met with Erica today and was very please with the service. The preventive and pre-caution measures are thorough. I was greeted upon entry and did a temperature check immediately, which I appreciate. The process to get checked in is fast and I was sitting down with Erica in no time.
