This company has customer service down! The automated reminders and information they sent before our initial appointment was so much appreciated and helpful. Kiki did the scan on my 13 year old son and and she was gentle and informative. I really liked that she addressed Cooper for most of the conversation and not just me. We are looking forward to our purple box 😃
The service provided by Sasely was top notch. She was extremely informative and provided step by step details about the entire process for our 14 year old daughter. It was also nice to see Sasely’s beautiful smile using smile direct club clear aligners We would definitely recommend this location to anyone interested in getting clear aligners.
I had my scan done here last April and was approved for a 15 aligner treatment plan. I purposely waited to review this location because I wanted to see how the experience went. The location is fantastic with plenty of parking and I thought it was easy to find. It's in a salon, but there is signage inside. The staff was very friendly and I found the experience to be well worth it. I have had 2 wonderful experiences with Smile Direct, specifically at this location. I tried it for myself and everything went smoothly. Madison was kind and accommodating, and I received all she promised me in a timely manner. I then took my daughter months later and I was BLOWN AWAY by the care, patience, and attention I was shown. Had a great experience when I took my son for his 30 minute 3D scan from Smile Direct Club! Francis was very attentive, friendly and she explained everything in a lot of detail. She made sure we understood everything and answered all of our questions. I would also like to mention that I received an email & text from Sonia to remind me of our appointment with full explication on how to find the place. Very grateful to these lovely ladies for making this such a pleasant experience!! So far so good!!
