My first experience at Smile Direct Club was truly amazing. I arrived one hour early for my scheduled appointment. The manager, Melissa, was extremely accommodating. After only a few minutes she took me in for my scan even though I was the one that was early. Smile direct provided great directions for how to navigate their location. Upon entering, Melissa was very welcoming. She provided some great information and was very sweet in her interaction. I went here yesterday for my first smile impression and was guided through everything by Neha. Let me tell you, she’s an amazing employee, so welcoming, so sweet and kind! She was very informative about everything, I left feeling very happy and content with how my visit went. And if her supervisor sees this SHE NEEDS A RAISE IN SALARY!!!
