I have an appointment today. It's 1.30pm. I arrived at 1pm. My host is a beautiful lady. She is very friendly. She chats with me. Answer my questions. My 3D scan is completed in less than 30 minutes. It gives me a good experience here. The only regret is that I forget her name. I can't wait for my new smile

I had the privilege of getting Jessica and let me tell you she is the most amazing person I’ve ever met. She made me laugh, smile, cry and I loved every second of it. I was so comfortable and everything was so simplified I felt how much she wanted me to love my smile. I got an amazing confidence boost and I can’t wait to get started on my smile journey knowing I can tell them everything and anything and they got me covered. Love love them!
Jess was super kind and helpful! They experienced a few technical difficulties but she kept me updated and told jokes to pass the time. The actual process was fast and simple. The whole thing was about an hour but flew by after they fixed the technical issue.
Karma was a wonderful saleswoman who was personable and very kind. I felt comfortable and welcomed in the office environment and I will most likely be going forward with Smile Direct Clubs services due almost entirely to her influence. She was amazing and I felt at ease knowing she would help me every step of the way. Other staff members were welcoming and light hearted.
