I have an appointment today. It's 1.30pm. I arrived at 1pm. My host is a beautiful lady. She is very friendly. She chats with me. Answer my questions. My 3D scan is completed in less than 30 minutes. It gives me a good experience here. The only regret is that I forget her name. I can't wait for my new smile
I received excellent service! My customer service experience is rated 100%. My consultation specialist was completed by Mrs. Karma. Jess was super kind and helpful! They experienced a few technical difficulties but she kept me updated and told jokes to pass the time. The actual process was fast and simple. The whole thing was about an hour but flew by after they fixed the technical issue.
Karma was a wonderful saleswoman who was personable and very kind. I felt comfortable and welcomed in the office environment and I will most likely be going forward with Smile Direct Clubs services due almost entirely to her influence. She was amazing and I felt at ease knowing she would help me every step of the way. Other staff members were welcoming and light hearted. The staff members were nice and welcoming. Karma was a really good smile direct staff member. When we went into the image room, she made me feel very comfortable. The conversation between us was personable and she kept it real with me. Karma even asked me about my day and showed interest in what I was saying. Karma was professional and a great person to go to when going to smile direct club. She even shared her photos with me. Oh yes and complimented my jeans 😌! Keep being great Karma 👏🏽👏🏽
