Had a very good experience today at this location. The girls here were very pleasant and welcoming throughout the whole visit. They were very nice to have the bilingual person do my visit so my mom could understand everything. They were great with taking the scans of my teeth and explaining how the process works as well as what comes in the box. They were great at taking your temperature and sanitizing as well. Got a nice goodie bag after my visit too!
I am beyond pleased with my experience. I went to the Lancaster, Pa location and Lauren was amazing! The best customer service I think I’ve ever experienced. She made me feel so comfortable and she was just as excited as I was for my new smile journey. She explained everything, leaving me really with no extra questions. She was pleasant and informative. I’m excited to continue this new exciting journey of getting the smile I’ve always wanted 😄
My visit went amazing! I was honestly nervous & a bit discouraged beforehand, as every time I do something dental-related, I'm sent into a whirlpool. Lauren was absolutely fantastic! If only dentist visits were like this & had people like her, people would love it more. I really enjoyed learning about what SDC could do for me, so now I await the orthodontist to get back to me with a plan. So far, so good! I am very excited to start this process and had a great first impression with my SmileGuide Amy! She was very professional and informative while answering all of my questions. Amy’s customer service overall was top notch. I feel very confident moving forward and could not be more excited to see my results!
Lauren was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She made sure I was comfortable and was well aware of every step she was doing along the way. I was looking forward to receiving my kit in the mail but unfortunately, smile direct doesn’t think I’m a good candidate for the product.
