Lovely, clean facility. Kortney was very pleasant & put my son at ease instantly. She answered all our questions-even the ones we didn't think to ask! And she was very understanding when there was a snafu with our payment method, immediately suggesting a solution that worked perfectly. A highly satisfying experience, & we're looking forward to seeing our son's transformation!
Kortney & Megan were so awesome! They made us feel comfortable from the start, and took all the nervous jitters away, from the actual procedure to the financial aspect. They were very kind & patient, and I feel really happy that we came today!
I had an appointment today and it was quick and easy! The lady who greeted me and helped me get signed in was very nice. My smile guide, Kiana, was great! She made me feel comfortable and she was super nice and helpful! I had an impression kit and did the molds, but I didn’t think they came out very accurate so I booked an appointment with a smile shop and I am happy I did. I highly suggest visiting a smile shop so you can get a more accurate assessment of your teeth. Overall, I had a great experience.
I had a great experience with my in person scan with smile direct club. Kortney did my 3D scan and she was awesome! She was very informative and efficient. A huge plus, she is a great conversationalist! Good experience. I’m excited to get my aligners in the mail.
Their online resources were great. I had to reschedule my appointments more times than I would've liked, but I'll let a federal holiday on a Monday + all the difficulties that go along with COVID slide. They list their insurance partners and you can even submit your info to see how much coverage you get -- great addition. Once I finally got in, my care specialist, Brooke, took really good care of me in informing me about the company and its process. I was out in less than 30 minutes.
