Alex and Regina were awesome! From start to finish it was such a refreshing experience. Even their customer service 800# Gerard was great when I called to let them know I was stuck in traffic. They were so pleasant and I am so excited about getting my new smile!!
Absolutely delighted we chose to do this! Every single assistant here was super kind and friendly and Regina, our personal assistant, was the BEST! Our appointment was right on time and every procedure performed and the care process was explained very thoroughly. My 14 year old daughter is extremely excited that she will get her aligners in a few weeks! Thanks, ladies, for making us feel like family!! We will update when her aligner journey is complete!
