Such a wonderful experience!!! Kayla was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! She made me feel so comfortable and was very thorough with the appointment and all the details. She explained the process so well. I can’t wait to get my trays and refer people to the smile direct club!

My visit at the Smile Direct Club office in Raleigh was absolutely delightful. The staff was super nice and instantly made me feel comfortable. Marckee was a real champ! She did my 3D scans, explained the whole process to me, and answered all my questions, and I had a lot. The whole appointment was simple and quick but she and the other staff did not make me feel rushed. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I can’t wait to get my trays and get started!
Regina was awesome! My visit was absolutely perfect! It was quick and very informative! Her and her supervisor have very bright smiles and very positive attitudes and they make you feel at home! I am excited to start my smile journey in 4 weeks! Highly recommend this location!
Today, I went and had a consultation at the smile shop in Raleigh. I had the best experience with Alexandra and Alex. The place was welcoming and everyone was very professional. The staff was fun and made for a great experience. I had been thinking about getting these aligners for over a year now. With the experience I had today, I am glad I decided to move forward with the process. If you have any doubts or questions about this product, please go visit this office.
