Such a wonderful experience!!! Kayla was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! She made me feel so comfortable and was very thorough with the appointment and all the details. She explained the process so well. I can’t wait to get my trays and refer people to the smile direct club!

I give Raven 5 stars. I loved everything about my appointment. She explained everything i needed to know, so i didn’t need to ask any questions. Now, because of Raven, my Aligners are in production. I’m so happy and excited!!
My husband went for his consultation, and expressed his driving force was his bottom row (top row is almost perfect). The lady took his molds and he signed up. He received his aligners today only to find the top row. When we called we were told we only received the top because his bottom row was not able to be fixed with SmileDirect aligners. This absolutely should have been communicated by staff before he was allowed to purchase, they allowed him to purchase without communicating they would not be able to assist him.
Regina was awesome! My visit was absolutely perfect! It was quick and very informative! Her and her supervisor have very bright smiles and very positive attitudes and they make you feel at home! I am excited to start my smile journey in 4 weeks! Highly recommend this location!
