I was a little hesitant to join the Smile Direct Club, but after today's consultation with Danielle I am glad I finally did. Part of what kept me away initially was the idea of doing my own impressions (teeth molding) for the aligners. Good news is- coming here means I get a 3D scan instead (picture of mine attached)! Do not waste your money with this place, poor customer service, poor communication, poor problem solving, they do not listen to you and the aligner and not correct, after the treatment you still end up using your retainer all day and night. Not just at night as they stated. What a worst of time and money. Very disappointed, no there to resolve people’s complaints.
