I was a little hesitant to join the Smile Direct Club, but after today's consultation with Danielle I am glad I finally did. Part of what kept me away initially was the idea of doing my own impressions (teeth molding) for the aligners. Good news is- coming here means I get a 3D scan instead (picture of mine attached)! Relaxing environment with comfortable furniture, and professional but relaxed coworkers. In and out in about 30 minutes.
Amazing customer service! They got me on right away and were super cautious of social distancing/sanitization. They were professional yet made you feel comfortable. Miranda did a great job of explaining the process and showing me all the cool things that you get. I did have questions before I wanted to commit to purchasing and they did not hassle me to purchase on the spot. They even gave me a gift bag and then I got an amazon gift card too. This location was super busy, but the wait wasn't too terrible. Their office was clean and professional. I was honestly kind of nervous when I went in, but Lluvia really helped put my mind at ease. She was super friendly and really made me feel prepared for everything to come with my new braces. She had answers to questions I hadn't even thought to ask yet and seemed just as excited for me as I am for my new smile. As I arrived at my appointment I was greeted with prompt service. My smile guide was extremely knowledgeable about what I was wanting and looking to fix, which made the visit exciting and fun! She explained everything with ease and an expert at her position I felt that there was no doubt I would absolutely love this program. I can’t wait for my package to come in and start my journey for a better smile! I would definitely recommend friends and family about the Smile Direct Club as well as Monarch Dental!
