I visited this office to get a 3D scan a few weeks ago. Closer to my appointment, Roxanne sent me a text message explaining in detail where they are located – “Inside Phenix Salon, which is in the Barnes and Nobles parking lot, next door to DSW.” I live in South OC and not familiar with the area. I made an appointment online a couple days ago and I came in today and everyone here is so friendly! Itzel was the person who attended me and she did an amazing job!! The customer service here is so good. From start to finish, I was very well informed of everything that my scan appointment entailed and then some. I was greeted by a friendly girl who checked me in, then I was taken into my scan room and introduced to Jay Pee. Jay Pee was very thorough and very informative. I had my consultation yesterday and it was fantastic! From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the front desk gal (I didn’t catch her name, but she was just awesome) I felt comfortable and confident with my decision to try this out. Allen was the associate who helped me prepare for the aligners. He was just a delight. Informative and friendly. He made the entire process easy and painless. I can’t wait to get started on my treatment plan!
