Bella was so, very helpful today. She not only made me feel super comfortable, but her confidence and knowledge about Smile Direct made me feel like I made the right decision. The receptionists are also very friendly. I 10/10 recommend this location for any dental or Smile Direct related business.
I was amazed to see how fast and smooth the process was. I wish I had done it sooner. Shannon was polite, very informative in regards to the procedure and pricing options. She is easy to talk to and made me feel welcomed. I would recommend this location and the process to any of my friends in the future.
I’ve had braces in the past, but my teeth have moved. Since I only need a small change I decided to go with these aligners. I’m on my second set because my teeth were not straightened. Now I’m on my second to last set of aligners from a touch up and my teeth have not moved at all. Now I have to go through all the steps again by submitting photos, waiting for approval, get an appointment for a scan in the office and then wait 3 weeks for more aligners to arrive.
