Update: after the exciting appointment, I came to realize that this was t anything more than a computer scan making decisions for my teeth. My teeth after the treatment didn’t change much and sure didn’t look like the before and after they showed me in the initial consult. So disappointing. I have one twisted tooth and I asked about it in consult. Mariah asked the “doc” about it and said it should be fixed as well as my cross bites and edge-to-edge bite in front - I believed it. The whole experience was AMAZING! Hannah was great when it came to explaining everything. She was so kind and very thorough throughout the whole appointment.She was amazing at explaining and showing examples. She made great conversation and was just all around great I would recommend everyone to go here!
From the moment you walk into this place it's nothing but smiles. The individual who assisted me, Katie, was very nice. She was polite, extremely friendly, and full of answers. She made me feel comfortable, and explained everything I should be expecting, needing to do, as well as answered any additional questions I had. Completed my 3D scan in office, which was a pretty cool experience in itself. Pretty excited to begin my journey with Smile Direct!
The location was super convenient for me, and the little offices they have set up inside CVS are compact but comfortable. I had to wait a couple minutes after checking in for my appointment on the iPad, but Bryce and Miranda were warm and welcoming upon greeting me. Miranda was so helpful, she along with 3 other lovely ladies helped me today. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. Miranda answered all my questions, made sure I was well informed and comfortable. She helped with getting me the best deal and made my experience great. I am very excited to receive my liners!
