Made an appointment for September 12th but received a 3rd email stating I had to complete the smile shop visit by Sept 2nd. I called the 800 #, sat on hold 20 minutes then opted for the call back, which I never received. Called again and spoke with Waja, I asked about the completing by Sept 2. He said the $995 offer was not for new customers but for customers who had done the scan but never ordered liners. Update: after the exciting appointment, I came to realize that this was t anything more than a computer scan making decisions for my teeth. My teeth after the treatment didn’t change much and sure didn’t look like the before and after they showed me in the initial consult. So disappointing. I have one twisted tooth and I asked about it in consult. Mariah asked the “doc” about it and said it should be fixed as well as my cross bites and edge-to-edge bite in front - I believed it. The whole experience was AMAZING! Hannah was great when it came to explaining everything. She was so kind and very thorough throughout the whole appointment.She was amazing at explaining and showing examples. She made great conversation and was just all around great I would recommend everyone to go here!
Miranda got me in and out fast! It was painless and easy. She was so informative and sweet! I got a free whitening kit and after my consultation, they sent me an email for a free electric toothbrush. I’m so excited to see my new smile!
The location was super convenient for me, and the little offices they have set up inside CVS are compact but comfortable. I had to wait a couple minutes after checking in for my appointment on the iPad, but Bryce and Miranda were warm and welcoming upon greeting me.
