The absolute worse costumer service experience of my life. I did my treatment perfectly and got my teeth aligned. I’ve been trying to order my retainers for the last 2 months and they just keep coming up with problems that have nothing to do with me and have no way to solve but wait for them to answer my emails. On top of that, they reply to emails a week or more later, and it’s always a different person so no one is actually following up my claim. Had a good experience until the end. After 2 years of wearing only their retainers, my teeth were still very loose. I contacted them many times of my concern and they just kept wanting to sell me more retainers. Now that they have done another 3d scan they are wanting to charge all over again full price . Unbelievable, this is not a lifetime smile like they advertise. If you do not purchase and wear their retainers, even when the retainer is what is the problem, they will not honor or warranty their work.

Horrible customer service. After completing aligners and ordering retainers, the retainers often do not fit. When you call their customer support they try to tell you that you didn't pay for the retainers or that you no longer have the guarantee and put the ownership on you to prove with receipts and proof that you Completed service with them. Its not worth the time and trouble, I've been going back and forth for almost 3 months already.

The aligners are very very poor quality! every time I put new one, my lip got cut very badly! Super painful! I tried to file the edge, not help at all ! I guess there is a read why it’s cheap ! I can’t talk or when I talk, blood fill in the plastic aligners . It looks horrible 😖😖😖

Waste of money. Was looking to fix my over bite. Better off getting Invisalign or braces where they use rubber bands. When you go to the consultation they dont give you the estimated treatment plan prior to you agreeing. They make you provide your payment information at the consultation. You'll be locked into a contract before knowing how much or how long your treatment is. Would give 0 stars if i could.
