Jennie was the best! She was so friendly and helpful. She really talked me through the process, asked and listened to my questions. I am so excited to go through this. It was also really cool to see the 3D picture actively create a model of my teeth.
It was so great! I’m really glad I went in to do the 3D scan here. Now I know that they’ll be receiving the best possible imaging to create my aligners. They sent helpful reminders leading up to the appointment with directions and even pictures!! The office was so modern and sharp, and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I'm giving it one star because the individual who assisted me for my scans was great. The overall bad review is for my experience after that. I completed my scans and paid the deposit and received a response saying that I had to get my teeth cleaned and come back. I made an appointment with my dentist and called to schedule a follow up. The customer service representative was possibly the worst person I've ever spoken to on the phone. She told me I couldn't schedule it because I had a hold in the system because I needed to g... read more
Jennie was so friendly and very helpful in the Arlington location. She answered all of our questions. We were in and out of the appointment. My son is so excited in getting smile direct . The fees are very reasonable. I would definitely refer my friends and family to Smile Direct Club. The center was very clean and all the staff were very friendly. I really appreciate the text reminder of our appointment.
