Absolutely terrible. Save yourself 2+ hours and order the at-home impression kit or go to a professional orthodontist. I had my first appointment at 330 on a Friday. When I realized my schedule was a little too close that day, I called more than an hour before my appointment to reschedule. I came into the Smile Shop for a consultation. The shop was organized and comfortable. Everyone at the shop welcomed me, and was really engaging as well as friendly. Cyaira took really great care of me. She was helpful, informative, friendly and answered all of my questions. I had a wonderful experience here. Christine was super responsive and friendly. Jeremiah was extremely warm and welcoming. He was very knowledgeable with all my questions and made the whole process very comfortable. I’ve had Invisalign before, years ago and the convenience and price point of Smile Direct is a way better deal! I am so excited about my new smile and can’t thank Jeremiah enough!
