I had been intending to set up an appointment for a while now. I am so glad that I went in today. I met with Nichole at the Morton Grove location and it was such a great experience. Nichole was friendly and knowledgeable. She reviewed the 3D images of my teeth as bite and it was really cool to see my bite and teeth from different angles. My experience with Smile Direct Club in this location was great! The staff was super friendly, from start to finish. Gianna was my guide, and she was more than great! She answered all my questions and concerns. She was also very patient and sweet to my mom and I! Would definitely recommend it to anyone.
