When I tell you that Al is an AMAZING smile guide, I mean it! From the beginning of the visit, he was very attentive and informative. When taking my scans, they were very gentle AND explained what they were going to do before doing it. The site was a bit tricky to find BUT i received instructions when we booked and the day of the appointment.
I was seen promptly, and the staff was lovely. I met with Al, and I felt so cared for and well informed during my session. Al was especially awesome! I had a wonderful experience!
I just went into the office today and I had a great experience! AL was my smileguide and so amazing and welcoming! They were thorough and guided me through the whole process and was ready to answer any questions I had. 5/5 experience, thank you AL!!
Really enjoyed my experience at this office! Sueling was my smile guide and made the whole process smooth, easy and enjoyable! She was really sweet and I honestly felt like she truly cared about my concerns and journey. I preferred to go into the office as opposed to doing everything online. Woman who did my appointment was rude and talked over me. Wouldn't answer my questions without getting frustrated and talking down to me. Thank God I called and got my credit card off my account because she made me sign this paper I didn't realize was authorizing payment and when I tried to clarify if it meant I was paying she just kept saying no! 4 to 5 days then you decide!
