I was a attended by a smile guide named Ashley she was kind, straight forward and patient through out the entirety of the process resulting in a very quick and simple consultation. All Of the instructions given during the consultation were made simple and I came out with a clear understanding of what to expect moving forward. The consultation also came with a free whitening kit and a chapstick as promised.
So exited to start my treatment 😍. First of all the appointment went so smooth it was like my questions were being answered right there and then. Geral was so helpful and made me feel at ease about my teeth. Can't wait to get have my new smoke by the end of the year!
The employee was extremely short and did not know how to speak to customers. She obviously was never trained that the customer always comes first in a business setting. She told me to smile and accidentally I opened my mouth and then was going to correct it to a smile but before I could do so she said "I said smile not open". Also stated "your teeth are straight I don't even know why you're in here". This is no way you should treat someone who is using your service or product. Took our 12yrs old. What a pleasent experience for both child and parents. Gerald our tech was professional,courtious and very nice. He made our very nervous daughter's appt flawless. Thank You ! Looking forward to receive the kit and start her journey towards having a perfect smile ! 🙂
DO NOT COME!!!! very sketchy. first off it as sus that only 1 person was working. there was no one else in the office but her. then she starts making comments about how i look nervous and tried to play it off like girl i get it but u have nothing to worry about. which brought my suspicions even up more. then had me answering all these questions that i already answered online. drawing out the appointment. so then she starts sitting by the door after sitting by the wall the whole time and says that someone else is about to com... read more
